I am a lecturer, digital learning strategist, and entrepreneurship education practitioner with a strong commitment to advancing education technology, innovative pedagogy, and entrepreneurial leadership in Indonesia. With extensive experience in designing and implementing technology-enhanced learning programs, I specialize in creating scalable digital solutions, interactive training modules, and competency-based curricula that empower both educators and learners in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
My work spans both academic and professional domains, with a particular focus on entrepreneurship education and social innovation. As a core contributor to the development of social entrepreneurship ecosystems in Indonesia, I have led numerous initiatives aimed at cultivating entrepreneurial mindsets, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills among youth, students, and professionals. Through SociopreneurID and other collaborative platforms, I actively support programs that link entrepreneurship with community impact and sustainable development.
In addition to my academic and community-based roles, I have served as a mentor for innovation-driven work culture at Bank Indonesia, helping guide organizational transformation and innovation behavior among professionals. I have also participated in several corporate innovation projects, contributing to strategy formulation, design thinking processes, and human-centered innovation practices. These experiences have strengthened my capability in bridging education, business, and public sector transformation.
My contributions also extend to national education reform efforts, particularly through my involvement in the Kampus Merdeka Mandiri initiative, where I support universities in redesigning their systems for autonomy, digital integration, and innovation. I work closely with institutional leaders and faculty teams to align learning outcomes with future skills, industry relevance, and student-centered approaches to learning.
